Frequently Asked Questions
What is polyurethane foam concrete leveling?
Polyurethane foam concrete leveling is a modern, minimally invasive method of raising sunken concrete. Small holes (about the size of a penny) are drilled into the affected slab, and high-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath it. The foam expands to fill voids and lift the concrete back to its original position.
How much does concrete leveling cost?
Concrete leveling typically costs 50–70% less than full concrete replacement. The exact cost depends on the size of the area, the amount of lifting needed, and the number of slabs involved. We provide free estimates so you can see exactly what your project will cost.
How long does concrete leveling take?
Most jobs are wrapped up in just a few hours. The foam cures in about 15 minutes, so you can walk on the surface right away and drive on it the same day.
Is polyurethane foam better than mudjacking?
Yes, for most projects. Foam is lighter, waterproof, and sets in minutes versus 24+ hours for mudjacking slurry. It also doesn't add weight to already-compromised soil. We use only high-density structural foam on every job.
Will the foam last? How long is it guaranteed?
Polyurethane foam is an extremely durable material that will not wash out, erode, or compress over time like traditional mudjacking materials. It's waterproof, won't deteriorate, and maintains its structural integrity for the life of the concrete.
Can you level any type of concrete?
We can level most concrete surfaces including sidewalks, driveways, patios, porches, garage floors, pool decks, and more. However, if the concrete is severely cracked, crumbling, or structurally compromised, replacement may be the better option.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We offer completely free, no-obligation estimates for all concrete leveling projects. We'll come to your property, assess the situation, explain our process, and provide you with a transparent quote. Call us or fill out our online quote request form.
What if my concrete cracks during lifting?
We inspect every slab before starting work. If we see existing fractures that make lifting risky, we'll tell you before we start and recommend the best alternative. We will never begin a job we don't believe we can complete successfully.
